Time can be the biggest destroyer or the biggest constructor, depending upon how we utilize it. I believe time is the most powerful thing to deal with in life. We all can tame our anger, lust or jealousy for a moment but to tame the time is the real task, at which most of us fail.

If I precisely talk about past 30 days of my life, I literally have no account of them, because I was too busy working and was running behind things so fast that I don’t think I even breathed properly.

Today I finally took out some time from this weird routine to sit on my terrace, the place where I get a real sense of peace and space, thanks to the beautiful view of a mountain range from here.

As I sat here for around 20 minutes, with my eyes closed and in total solitude, I realized that I was so busy running for one thing that I almost forgot that too many things are to be done and I haven’t even started any of them.
I needed a little bit of time with myself to know what could probably calm me down.
So that’s the story behind today’s article!

Every human being is cent percent honest to herself or himself only. We all have faced those cranky, judgmental relatives who are so capable of crushing our heads with their so called “experiences” which technically are “judgement” and at that time all we possibly do is nod our heads with a fake broad smile on our face in approval.
What do we really do when the cranky fellas aren’t there anymore and we our left alone with ourselves?

We can’t really hide our emotions, opinions or anything from ourselves and I believe few opinions are good to be kept to yourself only, but we just shouldn’t throw them inside of our brain like garbage and occupy the whole space with it, rather we should sit, breathe, take a break from outer world for a moment and analyse things that are going on, a little.
That’s how we get a clearer picture of the things we want in our lives and our expectations from the people and it’s justification.

Before building any relationship, we need to build a strong relationship with ourselves first! Since it is not possible for me to sit and over analyze my life on a day to day basis (it’s not even needed), I decided to give myself a little time, at the end of every week, yes I’ve fixed a time for myself in my very own life because for me I’m important, just like my loved ones.

So, I acknowledge the good things that happened to me in that week and I pen them down on small chits and keep them in a jar. I started doing this exercise since start of this year. It is not only keeping me happy and excited but I feel blessed too, to realize that in-spite of so many difficulties that we face in our lives, there are so many reasons to be happy.

A little bit of solitude is needed to distract yourself from a monotonous life and appreciate the beauty and the magic of this life. Basically it’s only you who can find ways to keep yourself happy and positive from within, as i strongly believe if you really want to be happy then there’s only one solution to it; “just be happy”

Many people I’ve come across are so consumed in over pride that they almost forget how to be a human.
That’s what scares me.
I don’t want to turn into something that I’m not. I’ve always believed in a good and bright world and I work totally towards that.

I believe if each one of us, takes out a little time everyday, sits alone for a while and gives a moment to think and analyse ourselves a little then this life would be more beautiful than ever.

I sat with myself after so many days today, I asked myself a lot many questions and found answers to some.. I feel relieved and free.
Because i believe in Self Loving, do you?

One day you’ll realize that it was all vain,
The more you run away from yourself the more it’ll pain;
Sit back and hold on for a while,
The time you give to yourself is precious than any amount of dime!
